Josh brings over 10 years of finance, real estate, and audit accounting experience to Forum. As Director – Corporate Controller, he is responsible for accounting oversight and corporate financial reporting including developing and executing accounting initiatives that support various structures, managing property accounting, and preparing financial statements on an ongoing basis.
Prior to joining Forum, Josh was Vice President – SEC Financial Reporting Manager at J. P. Morgan Asset Management where he oversaw regulatory reporting and technical accounting matters for the firm’s registered real estate investment trust. Before that he held several, progressive roles within PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management – Real Estate assurance practice, providing auditing services to top-tier real estate fund managers among other duties.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, a Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida, as well as a Certified Public Accountant certification in New York and Florida.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time hiking, skiing, golfing and cheering on his favorite sport teams, especially the New York Yankees.
