Claudia brings more than 5 years of experience in property budgeting, reporting, and management as well as investor reporting to Forum. As Senior Associate – Asset Management, she is responsible for efficient operations and oversight of property management partners of Forum’s portfolio of properties across the country.
Prior to joining Forum, Claudia was a Capital Markets Associate at Revantage in Chicago where she worked directly with Blackstone’s portfolio companies placing debt on new and recently acquired assets. Before that she held a series of roles at Wintrust Financial including a Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Credit Analyst.
Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys adventures outdoors with her fiancé and dog, Finley.
